Harry is a founding partner with Lyn Christian in the head trip roadmaps for success audio magazine and is currently Director of Audio for FranklinCovey Co. He began working with Stephen R Covey and the Covey Leadership Center in 1996 in direct sales, progressing through the organization becoming National Account Manager for books and audio tapes and in 2000 becoming a Director, responsible for the creation, production and marketing of Franklin Coveys self-published books and audio programs. Harry has worked closely with noted authors Stephen R Covey, author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Hyrum W. Smith, author of What Matters Most and The 10 Natural Laws of Successful Time and Life Management, Mahan Khalsa , author of Let’s Get Real or Let’s not Play, as well as Steve Smith and Dave Marcum, authors of Business Think: Rules for getting it right—Now and no matter what.

Harry is a certified personal coach CFCC and consultant. His part time practice, Coaching You to Success is based on learning and applying principles of effectiveness to achieve balance and inner peace. Harry believes that success is a process not a destination., His favorite quote is Zig Zigler’s, “You can get anything in life that you want if you just help enough other people get what they want.”

Prior to Covey Leadership he worked for International Consulting, selling and coaching Dr, Denis Waitly’s Winning for Life program. Harry has a BS in Psychology (75) from the University of Utah and an MBA from University of Phoenix(91).

An avid outdoorsman his career includes VP and part-owner of Anglers Inn’s a small wholesale and retail Fishing Tackle chain 1975-1980, various positions from Salesman to Project Manager in the timeshare business 1981—89, and Sporting Goods Manufactures Representative Lammert Associaties 1990-1995. Harry is happily married and has two young children.
