The serious rewiring of my personal financial literacy began when I played Cash Flow Challenge with my family and friends. The power of learning to be rich is literally an immediate response to playing your way out of the “rat race.” My 17 year old daughter made a $100 dollars investment in $1.00 stocks and within six rolls of the dice she had $8,000 with which she later purchased a rental property. When boys, cars, and time with her friends should be consuming her thoughts, this teenager shifted to thinking about investments and savings. We took a trip to the bank and started her investment account just last month. One time playing this game and my child and I are financially different people.
