Lynne Snead

Lynne is an author, training specialist, speaker, consultant, coach and consultant who has specialized in project and workload management, training and consulting, for the past 19 years. As a Vice President of Franklin Covey, Lynne was program author and developer of several Franklin Covey Project Management training programs and has presented these programs to thousands of individuals in major corporations throughout the United States, as well as Europe and Asia.

Lynne authored To Do, Doing, Done, A Creative Approach to Project Management and Effectively Finishing What Matters Most, along with co-author Joyce Wycoff, (Simon and Schuster, 1997), and The Project Management Scorecard, co-authored with Jack Phillips and Tim Bothel, (Butterworth-Heinemann, 2001). She is an Honoree in the 1999 International Who’s Who of Professional and Business Women.

In the past several years, Lynne has realized significant success working with organizational leaders and individuals as a talent development specialist. She is a graduate of Corporate Coach University, is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, and Certified Professional Attribute Index Analyst, making her one of a handful of consultants in the world who is a certified specialist in the field of talent development.

Her clients have included American Express, Cisco Systems, Cigna Health Care, Delta Airlines, Discover Financial, Disney, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Intel, JD Edwards, Pac West Telecommunications, Starbucks, WalMart and dozens more.

Lynne served on the Board of Directors for the Innovation Network, a network of consultants focusing on innovation and creativity in business. She has taught Learning Skills at the University of Utah and has a background in both Educational Psychology and Data Processing
