She is an Honoree in the 1999 International Who’s Who of Professional and Business Women. In the past several years, Lynne has realized significant success working with organizational leaders and individuals as a talent development specialist. She is a graduate of Corporate Coach University, is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, and Certified Professional Attribute Index Analyst, making her one of a handful of consultants in the world who is a certified specialist in the field of talent development. Her clients have included American Express, Cisco Systems,
Cigna Health Care, Delta Airlines, Discover Financial, Disney, Hewlett
Packard, IBM, Intel, JD Edwards, Pac West Telecommunications, Starbucks,
WalMart and dozens more. Lynne served on the Board of Directors for the Innovation Network, a network of consultants focusing on innovation and creativity in business. She has taught Learning Skills at the University of Utah and has a background in both Educational Psychology and Data Processing
